Melanie Anderson, MSN, AGNP-C, CCRN, CV-BC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner with extensive experience in critical care and sleep medicine. She earned a post-graduate diploma in sleep medicine from the University of Oxford. Melanie holds a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Duke University and she graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University. Her career has included experiences in cardiac intensive care, trauma, neuro critical care, transplant medicine, and high acuity respiratory failure. Additionally, she has a strong background in sleep wellness, holding a certification in clinical sleep health. A passionate educator, Melanie has taught future nurses and sleep technologists. She holds multiple certifications, including board certifications in cardiac nursing and critical care. She is a founding board member of the Arizona Sleep Society and actively contributes to several professional organizations, including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
