Most pulmonary care in America is delivered by a shrinking, aging set of solo and small-group practices, distributed unevenly across geography. Patients with COPD, fibrotic ILD, sleep apnea, and chronic asthma often travel hours for specialty care or never reach it at all.
Nimbus was founded in 2022 to unify, modernize, and extend that landscape — by acquiring established pulmonary practices, lifting them onto a shared clinical and operational standard, and connecting patients to care between visits through a technology platform we operate ourselves.
Today we operate seven clinics across Arizona, Georgia, and South Carolina, serving more than twenty-seven thousand patients. Our clinicians follow the same protocols whether they see a patient in Eatonton or Sun City West. We are building toward a national pulmonary network, one clinic at a time.
Spirometry interpretation, exacerbation triage, antifibrotic titration, sleep-study workflows — the same protocols at every clinic, written and reviewed quarterly by our chief medical office.
Practices we acquire keep their clinicians, their patients, and their identity. They shed billing, credentialing, IT, HR, and compliance. Throughput improves, paperwork hours fall.
Nimbus at Home pairs every appropriate patient with an FDA-cleared sleep mat that streams nightly vitals — sleep efficiency, heart rate, respiration, snoring time, out-of-bed events — surfaced to their primary clinician within hours, not months. Risk flagged early.
